We're looking for a new accounts receivable/collections manager to join our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Reconcile Bank Account (checking) - This includes all transactions from First Data, PayPal, Amex, Google, Intuit.
Invoke early warning feedback system if applicable.
Reconcile Bank Account (wire).
Reconcile Savings Account.
Receiving payments.
Entering bills.
Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks and credit card transactions.
Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions from First Data: PayPal, Amex, Google, Intuit.
Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions and customer service departments from customers.
Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line, coordination contact with collections department.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
